How long does shipping take for my order?
Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while international orders can take 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
What is your return policy for professional tools?
We offer a 14-day return policy for unused and unopened products in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on tools that have been used.
Do TPOB clippers and trimmers come with a warranty?
Yes, all our electronic tools come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear or accidental damage.
Which payment methods do you accept?

Are your products suitable for international voltage?
